General Club Meeting
2022 Christmas Party & 2023 Annual General Meeting
A decision was made at the latest meeting on Tuesday 10th January to move the 2022 Christmas Party and 2023 AGM to the same night.
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is important for all clubs, this year for CQMSC all executive positions (President, Treasurer, Secretary) will be vacant. Please stay after dinner to be included in the nomination and voting process, creating a team to lead us through 2023.
If you have any questions about any of the positions before the 18th please don’t hesitate to ask.
Don’t forget to renew your membership to have voting rights.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting was held on the 8th February 2022.
President and Treasurer were elected. We currently have an interim secretary for 1 month.

Secretary will need to be elected on the 8th March 2022 at Diggers Bowls 7:30pm.
